Card Limit Special Handler

Card limit

This special handler limits outside VISA and Mastercard transactions to preauths of $50 or less. This allows

sites to configure higher pump limits to allow higher preauths for other cards and not violate the Visa/MC

restriction. It is intended to be used with routers that do not allow setting the limit per card type.
